1. Accessing Screenshots Using the Steam Client

  • STEP 1. While you are on the desktop, double click on the Steam icon to run it

Even though the steam client may not be able to run, you can still access the location where all your screenshots are saved. Follow the steps now.

  • STEP 1. Make sure that you are on the desktop
  • STEP 2. Since steam is available for multiple OSs the location will differ
    • FOR WINDOWS: C:\ Programfiles (x86) \ Steam \ userdata\ <yourSteamID> \ 760 \ remote\ <app – ID> \ screenshots

    • FOR MAC: Users/{username}/Library/Application Support/Steam
    • FOR LINUX: ~/.local/share/Steam
  • STEP 3. Once you reach the destination folder, you can now copy, move, delete any image or collection of images
  • STEP 4. You can edit them and alter them as you want
